About Me

 Hello and welcome!

My name is Anita Castle and I am a

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#87920) in California and Hawaii (MFT-851). 

I have been working in the mental health field for nearly two decades in a variety of different settings with individuals,

families, and couples.

I attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for my undergraduate degree in psychology and earned a masters degree in clinical psychology at

Antioch University, Santa Barbara.

I also became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (T287639) because evidence and experience tell us that physical and mental health are inextricably linked.

One of the things I pride myself on is my multicultural background that has made me particularly attuned to issues of human diversity.
