My therapeutic orientation is Solution-Focused, which means we'll be looking at what's going on in your life right now and focusing on what you want to achieve. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques because they are some of the most effective in clinical studies. 

For some clients it is also important to explore past issues and traumas to ensure that dysfunctional patterns do not persist.

I view counseling as a joint effort between therapist and client. The old days of clients sitting on a couch facing away while the therapist sits quietly, writing on a pad? That's not really how it works anymore. 

Our sessions will be collaborative and dynamic, and you are always the expert on your own life. My role is to help navigate you on your journey towards improved mental & physical health, contentment, and self-actualization.

I offer Personal Training in addition to psychotherapy because Wellness means practicing healthy habits in both the mental and physical aspects of your life.
